Challenge: I'M A TEAMPLAYER, REALLY!!!!!
Description: There are some people out there in the world of dust calling themselves Logistic users. Most I have seen lately are Logi-Slayers yet they call themselves a teamplayer. If you are one do the following with proof (Video Proof Only)
Objective: Get 3500 war points in one match being in a Logistics suit fitted with the following:
- Any Nanohive and nanite injector
- Any Repair Tool
- Only one weapon of choice (this is due to Amarr logistic users. Nothing against you guys)
- No damage mods. You are only allowed shield extenders in your high slots
- anything goes for low slots
- No active scanners
Reward: 30 tickets
Bonus objective: If you want to, get 3500 war points using the above fitting but do it without getting any kills
Bonus Reward: 100 tickets
Ya can edit this if this seems way too much to ask for.

This is realtively easy to accomplish if A.) the logisuit is the Squad Leader and B.) They are repping heavysuits or armor tanked suits. It's not the best benchmark of being a team player but it has the makings of a good foundation. Additionally, your current match type paremeters leave this open to being staged.
I would include a representation of comms management skill for a player being able to effeciently and cleanly take orders.

It also helps to have a good attitude and personality that is presented appropriately for the context. Only one submission per player.
Type: Best in Show
Reward: Submissions receive 4 tickets (lower entry value per prevalence of alts). The best in show receives 80 tickets.
How to Claim: A video of a full battle must be recorded with comms of both the player and teammates clearly audible.

Just saw Chances Ghost's submission (in more ways than one, apparently :P) and was trying to think of something related to my latest fetish, which is to say Large Missile Turrets.
I'm thinking something along the lines of 'highest K/D tanks destroyed/lost', with a bonus for 50% or more being shield based?
A best in show with video submission required.
Does that sound implausible and potentially challenging enough?

I think you're on a great track, we just need to define some more variables.
-Are we documenting single matches or multiple matches
-Highest personal K/D or Combined Corporate Kills (i.e. defined # of kills counts as one credit toward your corporation)
I might be good with a challenge along these lines:
Score 3 Tank vs Tank kills in a single public contract match using only missle turrets to earn your Corporation 1 Point. If 2 out of the 3 tanks destroyed are shield based you earn your Corporation 2 points instead of 1 point. This player's ID is logged and is unable to claim additional points for their corporation in new videos of this challenge. A corporation challenge point is applied to the corporation to which the researcher belongs at the time of video submission. The corporation with the highest number of points the week before the lottery is set to close receives 700 tickets to one active player in that corporation (shown by dustboard.com) of my discretion at the time this event closes.
Corporation points are cataloged starting in cell O1 of the Dust Challenge Lottery Excel Ledger

I was just thinking per match, but that actually sounds pretty neat.
The positive KD is something I'd like to fit in there too; I'd like it to be more of a test of skill than of spam. Maybe a bonus point per three destroyed tanks, keeping a positive ratio of tanks destroyed/lost?
Hm... I might co-opt set up a corp of missile tankers ;)

How about, "3 consectective tank kills without dying or changing/recalling vehicles, and you cannot score a kill against someone from the same 'current' corporation."
Edit: I'm still trying to figure out how to incorporate a 3 kill tier system like you are talking about. I like to keep the number somewhat low to allow for easier recording capability.

Info: he is a Gal heavy, very dependent on his logi, be careful if he has more than one logi on him he is almost invisible to anything short of a RE or tank ( he had 3 logis and toke on a ads before), his logis are very perceptive and rarely surprised

I've suggested dom because you should have enough time between 1 missile and another to respawn, call another dropship and reposition.
