Oy Amigos, in a New Years resolution to all things community I am presenting the Big Shot Bounty Board for Dust 514.
The Bounty Board is tied to Dust Ticket Challenges and Dust Challenge Lottery, managed by my alt DJINN B4lock.
The idea is simple. Bounties for various targets are suggested by you. Reviewed and discussed openly by the forum warriors. After brief deliberation, authorized for a place on this board. Then it become happy hunting for you Cowboys and Cowgirls.
*Operational Points
-Submitting a bounty challenge with a 1.) name, 2.) terms of how target is to be dispatched, 3.) terms for recording and claiming kill, and 4.) a reasoned argument for a ticket value automatically gives you 1 'challenge suggestion' ticket.
-You may claim up to 2 challenge suggestion tickets per day. Submissions to Dust Ticket Challenges additionally count toward this daily limit. You may continue to suggest topics, however, you will not receive these particular award tickets for that day.
-The ticket value of either a bounty or challenge topic does may range between 1 to 20, yet does not exceed this value.
-Bounties are regarded as persistent challenges. For this reason, the first person to display correct kill confirmation media receives the full ticket value. Successive bounty redeemers receive 50% of the prize ticket value. Posted bounties reset at the release of each patch to Dust 514.
1st Active Example [Yes, you can claim this one]
1.) Target: Jadek Menaheim
2.) Kill at any range with a plasma cannon for 15 tickets. 5 additional tickets for Plasma Cannon dispatch while using a PS Move controller. Normal Public Matches and Factional Warfare Team Kills are Acceptable for this bounty.
3.) Redeem with video. Cell phones and mounted cameras are perfectly fine.
4.) Jadek keeps talking about how he runs as a scout with a plasma cannon on the PS Move. It's time to show him how pros take care of business. Both the Plasma Cannon and PS Move are niche items that are quite challenging to use together and effectively. Jadek must also be found in a match, however, opening up the challenge to FW team kills alleviates some of this difficulty as he is a known suicide operator in Gallente and Minmatar FW matches.

You may offer an ISK incentive, however please include a ticket value (1 to 20) for this challenge. I would imagine this one teeters on the impossible---20 Tickets.

Award: 10 tickets (this is difficult, but not impossible)

2)Kill a tank with a Flaylock Pistol, 20 tickets with standard, 17 for advanced, and 15 for proto. (Friendly fire in FW is acceptable for lols). A five ticket reduction for a TK will be placed.
3)redeem with video (videos recorded on potatoes are acceptable)
4)reason for ticket values is the rarity of such occurence, TK or not.

Target: proto suit with an officer AR
Task: shotgun a proto suit with an officer assault rifle. A BASIC shotgun and dropsuit must be used to kill!!!!
Reward: 5 tickets (not to hard, the hardest part is finding an officer using proto suit)

Another one: Parashooter
1)Target: Tank, infantry
2) Drop out of a dropship and gank a tank in a Commando PLC combo. Bonuses for Imperial Commando and/or Federation PLC (+2 tickets)
For the infantry one, do the same, except killing infantry, and you get a bonus ticket for each kill after the first.
3) Reward: 15 tickets for the challenge, plus the above bonuses, maxing out at 20 tickets.

Yes. As long as you don't have an existing video you are fine to go. Essentially, you can dream up your own ticket for this lottery. However, that's why there is review process for these.

Task: Kill me while using a proto commando suit.  (you must be wearing a prototype commando suit, neo ak0 or straight up ak0 is acceptable). Weapons so not matter.
Award: 15 tickets.
How to claim: simply post in this thread that you have killed me while using a proto commando suit, I will take a picture of the "killed by" screen and attest to the completion of this task.
Let's see someone complete that!!!!!

I have an easy one, ram a friendly dropship.
1. grab a tank.
2. either look for someone calling in a DP, or look for a DP trying to pick up passengers.
3. acquire your target, turn on your fuel injector and ram a DP.
Sounds easy? Yes it is, but there has to be a minimum of 3 passengers for it to count. The reward will be a million isk for the minimum and you can get an additional million for every passenger over the minimum requirement. So ramming a DP with 3 passengers will get 1 mil isk, and you get an extra mil for every additional kill for a grand total of 4 mil isk. Because of the nature of this bounty I will only except video conformation of the kills. also enemy DP's will count.

Do ISK I don't want tickets, being paid by lotto tickets is like maybe getting paid. I want to be paid not maybe paid. Plus bounties are going to be way higher than 10 mill.
