Or if the enemy tank squad manages to deploy before your own, in which case you'll spend most of the match trying to coordinate AV, which will ultimately lose you the game if the rest of the enemy team isn't asleep.

Nope, but that's not what this is about. I don't even have swarms skilled, never have, never will. I speak as an Incubus pilot who can sit through multiple proto swarms without even activating my hardeners. Turn on my afterburner, and they don't even hit me as I orbit and continue to return fire.
That's wrong. Swarms need faster projectile speed, and a tiny damage buff.
