So rails get nerfs = ads rule the skies and dont get shot down

mods or hull nerfs = useless mods and hull possibly
Either way its not going to be good

I'm all for having the main turret separate from the driver. However, for well over a year now, the tanking community has made empty arguments against this, which CCP went with for no logical reason.
Then it takes 2 ppl to use your dropsuit
You to pilot your dropsuit and a 2nd to fire your primary weapon, also that 2nd person can be a terrible bluedot because you have no control of who uses it
