According to him, somehow gender is supposed to effect a dropsuit shields, armor, or stealth (signature profile)? those things are electronic functions of the suit, and independent of biology.

I don't agree with what that guy said in any way, shape, or form, but the female clones do seem to have a smaller hitbox >_>
CCP previously confirmed hitboxes are the same for males and females when people were spreading these rumors when we first got female character models.
