They won't be on the player market. They are on the AURUM market and cannot be purchased with ISK. It will remain that way or CCP will loose revenue from this game.

That said, no-one could buy them for that price, considering it's nigh impossible to earn 50M in a week (PC notwithstanding)...
Maybe about 25 M?
