1000000 is 33% less than 1500000.
However, the pattern established is:
1,000 ISK = 2,000 ISK (Stock: 50)
10,000 ISK = 20,000 ISK (Stock: 40)
100,000 ISK = 200,000 ISK (Stock: 30)
So 1 ISK costs 2 ISK. As a special offer, if you purchase 1000000 ISK, you get it for 1500000 ISK.
It's reasonable to assume that the normal price is 2000000 ISK, following the pattern established by the other purchasing options. From that to 1500000 is a discount of 25%.
