did you even see the eve rewards... the only useful thing they got was a shuttle. its normal for ccp to give out rubbish items for christmas. but these items they gave us are all far from rubbish.
who doesn't use enhanced arm plates.. id say 99% of the community uses them
33 free suits all fully fit for battle and all aur types so useable by anyone, very useful seeing as they cost you nothing
aside from the fused locus grenades everything else is useful in some way
really what were you expecting

really what were you expecting I only played EVE a little bit, but in the time I did play they handed out all sorts of gifts. I got 'unique' ships and good modules and all sorts of interesting stuff.
i have played eve for over 6 years now. every year its a ship. they just started a year or so back giving out an implant but most of the vets don't use them due to the low efficiency of them. the is the case for dust too. there are plenty of nice items but they are not as efficient as everyone would like but they are free and useful none the less

enhanced/advanced gear is the most economic gear on the market. i would go as far as to say they are the most used items of all. proto is not always best especially proto plates.

as long as that wallet keeps going up there is no problem...all my fits cost between 30/70k and i almost always leave battle with a profit. and all my proto suits have adv/enhanced gear on. if your worrying about an extra 10k on your 2400isk suit and not making profit then your obviously doing it wrong.
