Caldari blueberries really have to learn a thing or 2. Not only do they get stomped all day long, they also don't manage it to call in an OB the whole match.
I'm in orbit. Announcing that my OB is ready 4 times and nobody calls it in. Seriously? Even if you lost you can just blow some Gallente to hell for free!
So here's what you do my dear blueberries:
When you have orbital support you will see a big blue box in the sky. Wave your hand! That's your friend from outer space! He is some guy who takes a great risk by letting everybody in the system know that he's there to give you orbital support. So if he does this do him the favor and call in his ob! You will see a small message on the upper right hand corner announcing that squad leaders can call in orbitals. To be fair: You can miss this message very easily. But many eve pilots are nice. They tell you via voice chat that you can call in an orbital.
When they do, you should use it! It's very simple. Really!
First you need to be squad lead. To become squad lead just open up a squad! You do this by pressing SELECT on your DS3 or T should you use a keyboard. Now you move your cursor over the "Squad"-tab and click on "create new squad"
Congratulations! The first step is done. You are now allowed to use the orbital support your friendly neighbourhood pilot provides.
But how to call it in? This is very simple! Just press Right on the D-Pad of your controller or V on your keyboard. Now select "Off Map Support" and there you can select the space ship strike! Now your map opens. Just move the circle over the baddies and press X on your DS3 or Left Mouse. And that's it. Now the friendly guy watching from the sky can fire and make your life easier. It's that simple!
Sometimes you may notice that the pilots ignore your OB request. This can happen. Sometimes they wait because they are friends with a squad running in that match. But don't worry. Many pilots out there just fly around and try to help blueberries. So don't give up and always try to call in an orbital!

This goes for Amarr as well. One match we had a pilot in orbit the whole time but our squad lead was in a ADS. No donuts, no OBs, no fucks given.

Love it, but you forgot to tell them not to call it on their own team and that friendly fire is active.

Then call it in yourself maybe? I rather have blueberries calling in OBs on friendlies, showing them that they should call them in before any griefers than having waited in a hostile system for 20 minutes all for nothing.
I just tried giving OBs again. I flew to 7 districts. OBs were only called in during 2 matches. I could've made about 40k - 50k LP in that time, if the blueberries had a minimum IQ. The way it was I only made 12k. Woo-*******-hoo!

I won't call them in that often because I do not want to risk getting banned. Do you know how long it has taken me to get to level three in Cal fw? DO YOU?!?!?!

Amarr and Caldari do not group up most if not all of the time
If i have been playing solo in FW these 2 sides routinely have 16 ungrouped randoms where as the Minmatar and Gallente have full squadded teams mostly

Level 3 gets rather quick. I have Caldari at 4 in Dust.
