Then you might see 1 a day. That would be balanced. These current sicas would make the Sagaris' shi7 their pants.

MLT HAVs need to cost a base price of 200k, and Standard Hulls, 300k.
I took out 3 Nyain San HAVs today (Two MLT, one Proto) with the assistance of another AVer, we went on to destroy 5-6 of their HAVs without needing to communicate through mics.
Problem was, they kept on bringing HAVs in, because they're so dirt cheap.
DUST is so broken, even my PS3 refuses to let me play it.

if lvl 1 was 2.2 mill, then lvl 3 would be 3.5 mill a pop, and lvl 5 4.9 mill....maybe thats what needs to be done.

This mentality led to the current Supercapital Proliferation problem in EVE. You should never balance something based on its scarcity, because players will always find ways to procure them. At best, you delay the problem for a short time.
If you want to limit the tanks on the field, place a limit on tanks on the field. |

Making them unable to track anything smaller would make them solely AV, meaning if you called in a HAV you'd have to either hope the enemy calls one in too, or sit around twiddling your thumbs for the rest of the match.

I run a militia turret on my gunlogi, they are the same as basic just more cpu/pg. it keeps costs down

make it so kids or women cant drive tanks, how do you do this you may ask? simple, remove 3rd person view and give them manual gears. tanks now take skill to drive |

Completly Disagree, Current Tanks aren't balanced, making them harder to skill and afford creates a vaccum where only those who have been here a while AND have the money can use them.
That doesn't make them less overpowered it just means its a guaranteed win for which ever side has the sp sunk tanker. Creating an even worse version of now, because unless you have a tanker on your side, your screwed.
Terrible Idea, Never use ISK or SP for balancing. It doesn't solve anything.

Not really sure why so many people think that I've want vehicles removed, but I'll tell you what told Spkr4TheDead.
I have never (beyond trolling and joking) since my arrival on these DUST 514 forums ever said that I want vehicles removed. Nor have I ever once said that I want vehicles nerfed before Uprising 1.7.

Player Market would help balance things via ISK.
What we need is for Swarms to be tweaked back up somewhat and for Hardeners to be tweaked down somewhat: - Swarm lock-on range should be 200-250m and damage should be around the 250 mark - Hardeners should have a reduction to active time or an increase to the cooldown time (accompanied by a reworking of the recall mechanic)
Personally I don't think that HAV balance is far from what it should be, but there are a few key tweaks that would go a long way. |

Unlike 99% of the community, I want every role to be balanced and rewarding; not just mine. currently AV is not rewarding I don't care quite as much as others do about "tank stomps", though it is an issue. I also don't like how an 80k isk tank is more rewarding than a 200k infantry suit. That is the core of the problem. RISK V REWARD was not fixed for AV/TANKs by 1.7; only reversed.
