It'll be like a sniper rifle with a 300m range, a 30 round clip and it'll fire 2000 rounds per minute.

I envision a Semi Automatic Sniper Rifle with a high RPM, that is, if it's still based on the modular technology like the SMG and Combat rifle, which it is quite possible.
Although because of the "precision" in the name I'd like to think of it as a Bolt Action type Weapon with Low ROF but high damage (and travel time) |

I hear it's going to be built around the SMG frame in the same way that the CR is, so basically a long barrel etc :) Maybe it'll be a Tac rifle?

Either: Tactical Sniper Rifle like RoF & damage but from a shorter range (and acessible earlier with a different damage profile)
or a Charge Sniper rifle like RoF and damage, but shorter range and limited AV capability (anti-materiel rifle).
As for how it'll look, we do have this.

idk. It'll be a weapon that is modeled off of a modern weapon most likely with a shorter range than the current sniper rifle so other than a bolt action I'm not sure what else it could be.

I hope in something similar to the Tactical Sniper Rifle, with a larger clip and less range.
Maybe a Charge Sniper style variant that is high damage very low RoF. I also hope in bullet drop to deal with those pesky headglitching snipers.

can we get some like badass weapons from gundam that will like obliterate anything in one hit but cannot be re supplied, like the shot was so powerful it toasted the weapon and you have to throw it away causing you to buy another, and make it like a ******* ridiculous amount of isk to use + your squad needs like 15000 WP to use it for a single shot which has a massive charge time - it would completely turn around skirmish and domination matches pushes from you being redlined to them being redlined

That does not make sense. The Caldari posses the highest damage weapons, with the slowest rate of fire and greatest range.
