Actually it's implied that all the "other species" are humans (except the Jovians could possibly be considered a different species now because of all their modifications). The Talocan and what not are just old post-EVE gate collapse human civilizations that didn't survive to the present.
There's even a system in WH space that matches our solar system (9 planets, the 3rd being temperate and so forth). The "Sleepers" seem to be what humanity 1.0 became. Especially when you watch the DUST opening trailer and it shows that the sleeper's brain structure and body shape matches ours.

the FTL, medical and biotic technologies in Star Wars is impressive. Darth Vader is basically half a robot. However that is all trumped by the transfer of consciousness in EVE. Why worry about replacing Luke's sawed off arm when he could just transfer to a whole new body?
Why worry about FTL when you can just commit suicide and transfer your mind across the galaxy instantly. (known as blood jumping in EVE)
And transferring your mind basically makes you immortal so that a huge plus.
Also the stargates in EVE send ships dozens of light years in mere seconds so that is very advanced. And the jump drives on capital ships do the same thing, also way more advanced than the FTLs of Star Wars.
While Star Wars is very advanced, I believe EVE is much more advanced and futuristic. |

yes becouse moving from one place in new eden to onother takes seconds
dude your high at least in star wars their ships can jump without star gates, better for ambushes and to not get gate camped
