So I wanted to start from the beginning. From.day 1. The cronos/Eon/Nf war that burned the west an led to the first invasion of SVER Prime. Sparking war between Unclaimed an N/F. Unclaimed an CI were already at war along with unclaimed and Rofl. unclaimed fighting 3 fronts lost to the warriors from the west. Eon came to save Unclaimed an opened war broke out with NF. NF fell for many reasons some still speculate internal strife didn't help. CI fought with Rofl am Unclaimed still. Cronos became smaller Eon began to rule. Unclaimed died was reborn as Public disorder. Rebooted war on Ci an started skirmish war with Cronos. Eon still reigned supreme. Now I recap a alliance of hellstorm and o.h but I do not know there story. Also nf ot eon guys want to talk history of war please come say hi. soon Eon an O.H warred. AE WAS BORN renageds became a household name. Eon fell Pd fell CI fell Cronos fell.
soon PD recovered renageds burned molden heath an o.h got retired.
I believe im missing a few smaller wars so anyone that wants to give me info for my history of M/h |

Let me help you with some STB PR since english is't your first language it seems. You can't change the history of inept leadership, corrupt and thieving directors, farming your own corp members for person isk, not letting your 'family' fight in battles instead playing others to do so. You are nothing more than a jester who hasn't realized we are laughing at you, not with you.
That should help you with your history

As someone who has only been playing for about eight months or so and has never touched EVE, I'm actually curious to learn more about this sort of stuff. Is there somewhere that offers a bit more insight?
For example, I've heard the name "Imperfects" spoken of in hushed terms (I understand that there's a newer/remade version existing now) but what made them so great? Were they truly the "best" corp in Dust? Or when I look at the top corporations (in terms of kills) and see names like Betamax, Ill Omens, etc.; who were these guys? Where'd they go?
Also, is there some way of following which corporations are joining/leaving alliances? I stumbled into the war room for the first time right about the time of the EoN/FEC war, so that should tell you how much I've missed. I honestly wished I had given this game more of a chance back when I joined the beta, but I'm glad I made the decision to come back and give FPS games (well, this one) a try.
Life is killing me.

Timeline of PC as far as im concerned
Day 1 massive land grab by every corp imaginable with Cronos. comming out with a massive amount of districts including all of planet fight club. Eon and orion empire fight over tartaven and we start evicting everyone we can to establish at the time are small 900 man alliance eon. Orion empire is wiped out in quick order with the help of imps. Before we ever settle in we start being attacked by cronos in the 1st true war of pc. We trade wins back and forth for about 2 or 3 weeks before we start to get the upper hand. After a while cronos corps start falling basically all but si and gac stopped attacking. After that much fighting we got better at pc and started branching from tartaven into neighboring systems. Shortly after our expansion we went to war vs league of infamy and promtly crushed them in 6 days despite at times us being branded the underdog or the possible loser. After that we endured a time of peace where we farmed alot of isk with no major force to oppose us. With our corp wallets overflowing we generated alot of hate on the forums and the direct result culminated in the eon vs fec war where thee entire community cordinated against us in over 100 attacks the 1st day. This resulted in about 10 days of fighting after which most eon decided to leave to other games or retire from pc.

We gained some districts in the land grab but Gunfall ended up on our planet too. After a series of battles, we wiped Gunfall offf the map and managed to get some more districts outside of the planet. (I forgot what happened next).
Legacy Rising was created with Zion, Tritan Industries, RND, and some other corps I forgot to mention. Legacy rising fell after Tritan Industries was sabotaged and dust corps were kicked from the alliance(I think?)
Unclaimed: QG explained what happened there. After endless PC battles against ROFL our guys were burned out. We were holding out at first but then the loses stacked up and our moral was down. Loss Tovas and is group split. Osy, Jesse, and others stopped coming online and quit dust. Forlorn, 4447 left the corp. Zion Shad stopped coming online and was busy with Multiplex Gaming.
We went from 20+ online to less than 6 on at a time. More and more left the corp or the game. Some went to EON, Molan Labe, Outer Heaven, STB, etc.
The corp was empty and I left.

0) CRONOS picked a minor timezone to alliance lock down, the majority of Dust got a bit upset. At this point it was a king's gambit to even enter PC as everyone else was allied against CRONOS before it started.
1) *confidential*
2) CRONOS Established the most menacing economic empire in MH which was clone-stable even if the win-loss rate was 1 kill for 4 of our deaths. 80 districts held after pushing out everyone in the empire, including Hellstorm et co.
3) EON roflstomped Orion with Imperfects and gained good momentum to go against CRONOS.
4) CRONOS morale backbone split against Imperfects and EON after a couple weeks. Economy didn't matter anymore.
5) SI donated districts off and retired from PC since nobody bothered to launch attacks after the weeks of timer fest.
6) Imperfects retired victorious; dodged the fight with EON in diplomatic grace.
7) EON won Dust, or possibly a tie between Imps & EON.
I personally had the time of my life, tried to hop in to help with morale at some point but honestly I should have noticed the untergang way earlier & gotten a propaganda thing going. EON was strong on the forum warfare. I think the PC mechanics got tested and fine tuned on the fly, but a remake of the whole thing would probably be a good idea still.

Having the biggest active player base in the game doesn't make you the best.
Also, just because CI lost their districts doesn't mean they "fell".

Forlorn plays PS4 now :I Haven't seen him on Dust in a week. he plays dust, see him on atleast 3-2 times a week. maybe more

To clarify the Legacy Rising part of your story
1. The original founding members of Legacy Rising were ZionTCD, Tritan Industries, L.O.T.I.S., Ahrendee Mercenaries, and Phyrexian Engineering (an Eve only corp), each as a charter and equal voting rights in the alliance 2. I recruited the above members at the request of ZionShad and Jesse Jayne, who had given me the list of who they wanted in the alliance 3. I left the country for 2 weeks for work; when I returned the personalities that ran those corps had suffered major conflicts during my absense, including Shad mistakenly kicking Tritan's Eve corp from alliance along with other mistakes (including Tritan being AWOX'd in Eve) 4. The charter members left the alliance, except ZionTCD and Phyrexian Engineering as a direct result of the above issues 5. It was jointly decided that by me and Shad that ZionTCD would also move on, and I then stepped down as Director in ZTCD, eventually moving on to Bullet Cluster. Legacy Rising became inactive over the summer 6. In October, I decided to reorganize the alliance, and it has been rebuilt to include leaders who are more open to working together for the alliance's goals as opposed to individual corp goals - namely working toward the full integration of the two games with any and all mechanics that CCP releasese that allow Eve and Dust to work together. 7. In the last couple of weeks we added several PC corps to our roster, supplementing the Eve and non-PC Dust corps already in alliance.
As of now, I am the sole Executor of the alliance with a strong cast of Alliance Directors in both Eve and Dust helping to guide us.
Thanks to all for "listening".

From hellstorm/AE perspective:
We landed in right next to Cronos. They surrounded us basically on PC. Fought a couple battles and eventually lost the ones that were on EU time zones. We successfully defended the ones on US of course.
Cronos/SI hires Pink Fluffies to take our districts and to our surprise we beat them. About 5 or 6 in a row and then they disband. We take their districts in Eoldulf which was home to ROFL alliance.
We then get attacked by KEQ and League of Infamy(Hellstorm alliance) goes to war with RoFL. League of Infamy is Victorious and Hellstorm ends up with 20-30 districts. While this all happened imps retired and Stb got wiped off their home planet and cronos loses to EoN. About 2 months later I think OH attacks TP and other stuff happens and they get kicked out of alliance.
We then go to war with EoN. Not sure how long it lasted exactly (I was on vacation for a month) but I here it ended in a week or 2. Hellstorm A team leaves and creates AE with imps that decided to return / never left.
AE joins NF and has skirmishes with EoN. After a while NF disbands and some people join AE. FEC is created and AE partake in it. (All this time AE is being hired out by Stb to fight some eon members and FEC guys) AE takes pure innosense district (first in FEC war) and PI then leaves PC/Disbands (?) AE takes more districts. (Tournament starts around this Time as well.)
Eventually FEC is a failure. AE gains districts. AE then loses some districts to TP. Tournament continues. We continue to ring for Stb as Mercs. Small skirmish battles vs rest of EoN here and there. We win Tournament. As a prize, TP gives us our old planet back that we took from PFBHz and TSOLE. They retire.
EoN. Is officially "retired". Red star and RND remain. We fight battles here and there. Old TP members with rest of active members create MHPD. At the same time AE and corps that were suppose to be in Prof V attack Stb. Stb loses planet. MHPD disbands. Forgot how . AE Decides to join an eve alliance with Nyain San and Anonymous only. We have some battles with OH for fun i remember. At this point I quit dust for a like 2 weeks so idk what happened. I come back and Renegade is at war with Prof V. Renagade is losing war. But then Renegade comes back and is victorious at the loss of Anonymous unfortunately (I'm pretty sure we started winning since I came back )
And then I quit dust again. Come back two weeks later and up until now. That's basically it. I'm sure I forgot to add some places where I quit dust. As well as probably forgot to add some details

Ccp should make a thing about it so players can read about MH history the rise and fall of Imperfects TP and other corps and all that they did to get to the top then what caused them to crumble "other games" perhaps but a falling out in a corp taking half one way while the other half stay isn't due to other games so I hate to say but Imps would have fell apart anyways. But yes what started the fall was other games.

Welcome to Dust514 where we lock districts so we don't have to play a game we don't want to play but keep coming back to for some reason. O.H & AE only ones to never lock a district (to my knowledge thus far)
All Eon corps locked districts aside from TP? False. |

AE giving districts to NS is like locking them while generating clones, for split profit. We tried to make this arrangement between CRONOS and NS but imperfects won the first negotiations with NS.
Simple stuff, take districts off foes, give to NS for scorched earth and split profit pact, all works until NS becomes self aware. |

At this point I quit dust for a like 2 weeks so idk what happened. I come back and Renegade is at war with Prof V. Renagade is losing war. But then Renegade comes back and is victorious at the loss of Anonymous unfortunately (I'm pretty sure we started winning since I came back ) You won by default, because your main enemies gave up. Congratulations
That marader wall of text was really informative thanks!
I take it dust is mainly US TZ now with the old hellstorm/n-f/eon blocs as the historical setting? |
