Well that's quite a negative view of dropships, because I could take your low-modded python down in seconds with my fire-rate, dmg increase, and complex modules. |

get proto plates and reppers and maxed shield and armor upgrades.
save like 3m to get the racial suit you like when they come out. :P
hmg's are killer in cqc now and assault forges are god vs the tank spam nowadays.

What a ton of bad advice. That is enough SP to max all of the dropsuit core skills and still have plenty left.
If you haven't gathered it from 90% of the current forum posts, you don't need vehicle skills to use vehicles right now. |

HMGs were hot-fixed right after 1.7 and alll the cool kids say they rock now. Treat them like a chain gun on a chubby fat suit and it should work.
As for vehicles the serious answer is HAVs, the other vehicle options are only for people who strongly feel drawn to them.
My advice is exactly as Kirk and Roy's. Wait. 1.7 is basically another version of beta and anything can happen. What can appear to be a rational decision now could end up being a terrible choice this spring/summer. If you absolutely must spend SP find a weapon that really compliments your gun-game and proto it along with suit fundamental skills (including core like what LGG suggests).

Spend it on Combat Rifle, then it's proficiency, then Fitting optimization. You will be god amongst men.
Do Not Feed The Imperfects. Feeding them may disrupt the natural setting.
