Unless you think that the tone of the post contributed to CCP engaging with them (and those you're talking about are the exception to a rule that many rage threads demonstrate, so if you think this, you're wilfully ignoring evidence) then the point stands and your point of contention is stupid.

I never claimed it would make them more likely to comment (or that I agree with that sort of tone), but it certainly doesn't stop them from commenting on the issue; that's my point. They need someone to put fire under their asses! Like they say, "The Truth Hurts". Players invested money in this fricking game! Some are not easily pleased as you are! Their hurt feelings isn't our PROBLEM! You want to hear praises?! Then give us something to praise about! Motivation.....Yes! Their leader should tell them that if they don't get their chit together, they're FIRED! How about that for motivation?!
Or they could totally ignore you and still do okay.
