I agree. I know that our corps don't exactly have the best relations, also with DDB. One thing I hope you guys know about us at DL is we don't participate in this nonsense, and we greatly discourage this kind of act. One thing we do is fight, you guys know that. Didn't matter the opponent, we show up and fight out hardest with the guys we have available. Of course we lose some, can't win them all. I wish other corps would have that mentality.

Outside of PD, who is blue to AE atm, this is pretty much everyone else right, pretty much having to do this because otherwise you're targeted my renegade?

ITs sad really you have corps like STB who fight and never lock anything.. then you have trash like pradox one who dont even show if you do attack there districts because the timers they set are so dumb they cant even put a team together... then you have rofl an alliance that has locked there districts for a very long time just making isk off them districts never needing to fight for them.. VC is a good pc team but yet they still lock there districts which is sad... I just dont get it my guys want pc every day so we try to give them that pc but corps that lock there districts do so to what make isk for what your not going to use it in pc lol damn scum

To answer your question, it's because I'm too lazy to do anything. Plus, we're all currently trying to figure out the glitch where you can launch continuous shockwaves at enemies, I'm trying to show them that you can do it by repeatedly thrusting your hand down your pants and belching your favorite sex position, but they don't get it.

Everyone knows this is a problem. CCP has yet to come up with a fix. Bottom line is that the community has carebeared the issue for too long. Here is my stance, it is below a cheap tactic. It allows you to hold land without fear of losing it. This destroys the ideas behind PC. It will no longer be tolerated.

Locking more than 50% of your districts with friendly attacks or habitually locking your districts with friendly attacks will not be tolerated. If you are locking more than 50% of your districts, you can consider any blue status NULL AND VOID. Failure to stop locking districts within 72 hours of OP will earn you red status and your districts will be attacked when/if they come online. I DO NOT CARE WHO YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH OR IF YOUR ALLIANCE HAS BLUE STATUS WITH GOD HIMSELF. This is the cheapest of tactics and should not be tolerated by the community.

After the 72 hour grace period expires, anyone that participates in attacks can do so without the fear of it affecting alliance standings. I would appreciate the community supporting this movement. We need take action ourselves if CCP is slow to act. If you manage to snipe a district and get an attack on it, please let us know and we will provide as much support as we possibly can.

If anyone can give us assistance with getting districts sniped after the 72 grace period, it would be appreciated. Please give the named corporations 72 hours to comply before you launch any attacks.

Its understandable when you lauch attacks or take a district to lock it. But to keep your district locked 24/7 is a ***** move, just look at pradox and valor corp. Stb just lauched 3 attacks and has all districts locked since NS attacked them. Ours are still open.keq has all districts locked down, 98% of pd corps districts are locked down, RND locked down, FA locked down, ***** some of these corps have pfc districts and guess what? locked down. You can hate us all you want but we are trying to make dust fun again, you chicken **** corps just ruin pc. I bet if renagade locked up 50% of molden heath for the next few months you'd all be crying to ccp that we broke pc. We tried to help corps by giving them land and all they do is lock districts. You guys are bitching that RA took over yet we keep everything open and allow other corps to attack us and do something about it, you pussies keep everything locked and farm isk without fear of an attack.
