I want to play, I really do, but every time I think about hopping on DUST, I think of how I'm going to select the same suit with the same gun, play the same play style, either demolish or get demolished, get sick of pubs, realize Amarr FW is hopeless, and just sit in my MQ admiring my dropsuit.
It's like a self induced buzz kill.
It's bad that the only thing that I can kind of use to motivate myself to hop on is that the Amarr Assault suits are downright sexy and so is the SCR. Yep, aesthetics is the only thing really getting me to sign in now, not content or the gameplay.
I need help guys and gals, someone infuse me with some motivation.

I still kick ass in my Templar suit too.
I was playing Caldari Assault but it bugged me it wasn't Amarr and I stopped.

I know what you mean man,
sometimes in a few hours of play i only have ONE good game.
I know it's gonna be the same old too. as you say, you either demolish or get demolished.
it's just gonna be tanks, uplinks spam, snipers, redline tanks, redline railguns,
unbalanced games, empty maps.
DUST needs to be more consistent. the gameplay needs to be more refined and confined,
do away with these huge maps eating up memory and taking away from the core experience
and dropping the frame rate. |

I have three advanced assault suits, one advanced scout suit and one advanced logistics suit. I also have 4 prototype weapons and a few more at advanced level. I wouldn't play this game if I couldn't switch from a Gallente Assault with an AR to a Caldari Logistics with a repper to an Amarr Assault with an SCR to a Sensor-Scout or once in a while mix it up by piling up headshots with my dual-SCP fitting. These aren't even all the suits I've used in the last two weeks. |

Because it's true and even with an alt , it's going to be the same story sooner or later . They need to finish the racial suits . They just don't realize how important that is and how much of a game changer that would be . But all we get is and are new but broken items to spend money on . I suggest that the community stand up and not spend another dime on this game until WE get the full racial suit class and the unbalanced suits , vehicles , screwed up " fatal " bug , all bugs , rendering , glitches , unworthy items that have become skill points sinks such as the SL ( They all have the same damage for hit points not matter if it's prototype , basic or advanced ) addressed as well as the other problems that are noticeable in a broken game .
Must I make a post calling for a monetary boycott of this game until these issues are addressed ??? I feel that the community just doesn't see this as important and just don't care but something needs to be done to motivate CCP because time is moving but the progress isn't .
You people can be satisfied with what's happening but those who REALLY care about the game and what's going on need to stand up and do more than make their voices herd because that isn't getting the necessary results .
This game is boring and broken and every move constitutes an inability or desire to fix what is made aware by the community as being broken .

Add CUBS to your watch list and run Amarr FW when he's on. Scotty likes to throw ragtag groups of blues into the meatgrinder when he's playing, and he's doing FW pretty often. (I've wondered if I accidentally joined Caldari FW before confirming I was indeed on the Minmatar side.)
Sad that FW tends to be all stomp one way or all stomp the other, though. There was a good stretch there where Min VS Amarr was where you could go to get the good fights.

I was suffering from the same problem until I skilled into the scout suit. Made the game interesting for a while, guess I will start saving for the heavy suit. |
