It's kinda like when the guy behind the counter at the ice cream stand drops your ice cream on the floor and picks it up with his bare hands and puts it back on your cone. Sure, it might be seen as a problem, but he's a nice guy, and not many ice cream shops would do that, so you hope it catches on.
