Its why Amarr and Caldari are so bad, everyone who wants it easy are only going into Minmatar and Gallente. Which means the new players who have all 4 factions selected because they don't know any better get thrown into Amarr and Caldari because the Que for those is shorter. What it means is that the average Minmatar and Gallente player is better then the average Caldari and Amarr.

I'm a mercenary. I fight for whoever wants to pay me. Loyalty lies in the ISK (inb4 no FW isk).

You have identified the problem, but I think you missed on the solution.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else, there is the Learning Coalition.

I think removing the ABILITY to queue for all 4 isn't the right approach. I think new players should only be selected to queue for the faction they chose on creation until they go into the menu and pick their preferred factions themselves. This would effectively even out the new players just logging in to see what it's all about among all factions equally. |

I agree, there should be 2 columns of radio buttons, one for cal/gal and one for min/ama, choose one exclude the other.
