Man that's such a really good idea. You get like fifteen or twenty of them takes two shots to kill a well fit proto, if you have your skills up/proto type stars. Vertualy no sound. Can be resuplyed with a nano. Give them a proficiency skill but it still goes in the grenade slot, and other skills like throwing speed/time to target, ammo capacity...
Ahh, I made myself sad now.  I want to use them right now, but even if CCP did see/like this idea, it'd be another year or more before they could actually get them in game. *shakes his head* CCP is so slow. Why

It would need some kind of a sprint dash though. Light weapons slot.
I would run around in my scout suit with a nova sword in my light, nova knifs in my sidearm and nova stars in my grnade slot.
Why this isn't already in the game is beyond me.
