The duration of your transmission was 41 seconds and there were some forms here that took 36 seconds so I slapped it in there. The second one had miscellaneous stuff all around the edges that I cropped out, probably because the transmission was too long for it or something.
You do realize that I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, right? lmao

You do realize that I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, right? lmao I'm glad you took the time to try it. You've gotten a small sample of the Amateur Radio enthusiast club. As for your tickets, I was technically incorrect in being able to award five tickets. By the rules I laid down on purchase deals, you automatically get another ticket.
Here's how the board stands.
Lotto Draw date = Release of 1.8

For example, with my current investment my average yield is around 3m ISK; 29% of 90% of 11.7m. If I invest the 5 million ISK profit I have leftover from last week I gain 30 tickets and I have a 70% chance to win 15m ISK (90% of 16.7m) as grand prize. This is an average yield of 10.5m ISK. 10.5m ISK yield minus my investment is a 5.5m ISK mean profit, up from 3m.
It seems that by you adding to your pot in addition to bonus tickets skewing the lottery in favor of high investors, you've made it profitable to invest. You're losing money by running a lottery, which I'm finding amusing. I suppose I could find the exact number of tickets that would give me the highest yield after losses on average. I should really wait until the day before 1.8 hits, though.
It's like reverse gambling where you make a profit over time.

You've currently invested over 9m into the pot and any fees imposed will not break even. Is it for fun? If it's for profit, you'd need to be aiming long term for when the pots would be very high.
I notice you use RandomPicker.com; what's the transparency level of the site? Is there a way for me to make sure that everything has been done legitimately when I lose all my ISK and I want to make sure you didn't exclude my name/odds from the drawing to pass the winnings through Chit and back to yourself?
Could Scam Lottery really be a scam and you're hiding it in plain view!? [pirate:]

Right now, it's primarily a system similar to EternalRMG of incentivizing people to attempt these challenges I dream up. By paying people in tickets I have tremendously more freedom to create. As for funneling ISK back through Chit Hoppened, that is a reasonable remark. Am I like Gus Fring hiding my operration in a veil of legitimacy? It's possible. To help reduce your concerns I will produce a video clip showing the live excel spreadsheet and its data points, from which I upload and show in the random picker system. Drawing will be shown from start to finish. If you have any questions please ask.
