Right now, it's primarily a system similar to EternalRMG of incentivizing people to attempt these challenges I dream up. By paying people in tickets I have tremendously more freedom to create. As for funneling ISK back through Chit Hoppened, that is a reasonable remark. Am I like Gus Fring hiding my operration in a veil of legitimacy? It's possible.
