Yes. Having damage modded MLT rails is like having a IAFG of 1.6. They still need nerfing.

That's a lot of bad pilots lol. Also, I don't record anything.

(You can make a pretty effective fit with 0 SP investment) Which is why MLT tanks and modules need to be nerfed. They are just too effective with 0 SP. Skills also need to grant bonuses other than unlocking stuff. A 0 SP MLT tank should die easily to one AV, while keeping maxed out tankers with complex modules and proto turrets tougher to bring down (as the current situation is with skilled tanks and complex modules). can I ask what is the difference? Shouldn't it be skill that allows a tank driver to succeed? If I had a prototype suit and charged a squad I would die easily. Militia and prototype suits are not more than a half of a clip apart. Why do you want such a drastic gap between the tanks? Do you really need that big of a handicap? The gunnlogi can fit four hardeners and a prototype blaster with a damage mod. That is absurd.
1: That would mean that the Gunnlogi has 5 Hi slots, which it doesn't. Quiet.
2: Are you implying that after all that time grinding away making a perfect HAV, some scrub or some noob should be able to just as easily call in a **** fit HAV and be able to do as well as I can? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no. This isn't Battlefield. People has got to realize that it isn't.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no. This isn't Battlefield. People has got to realize that it isn't. there are two low slots where two armor hardeners can be placed. You should consider the waves of opportunity for there are none. If you need a new guy to tell you how to improve your already OP fits you should not be offering your opinion on the matter. You look foolish. Now you, quiet.
Armor hardeners on a Caldari HAV? wtf Have you been smokin?
