I hear alot of people saying FWA is terrible. i used to believe that the corp was horrible, full of terrible players. BUT...
Remember, FWA is a safe haven for NEW PLAYERS! These are people with 700k lifetime experience! someone with 700k experience verses someone with 10-20million sp is a ludacrious comparison.
Its like comparing a body builder to one of the jews just surviving the concentration camp when liberated. Then, saying "if only they had worked out, and eaten right they'd be strong like me".
Note: even in identical gear, the massive sp advantage makes it difficult for new players to compete. better match making would help. How ******* dense are you? There's no learning or teaching or much of anything going on in FWARM. It's just another ISK form for CBJ. As true as that is...it doesn't change the fact that FWA--by recruiting new(er) players--is teaching them the benefits of squading up and using teamwork. Vital steps that are needed to keep any sort of player base for the future.

I'll be honest--I'd rather not play a match with FWA on my side, given my experience with them killing themselves/each other to hand the win to the other side. That said, I am disappointed in the vitriol directed towards them by members of the elite corps in the game, many of which happen to be "invite-only" for gaining acceptance. It must be nice to be one of the elite players in the game (I've seen several individuals such as Regynum almost single-handedly pull their team to victory in pubs) but as long as you're putting up walls to separate yourselves from us commoners, you're only hurting the game's chance of surviving. Corps such as FWA need some of the game's best to come in and share their knowledge/expertise with them. Hell, create an alt and throw together a corp and then spam the hell out of local/team/squad chat and bring together the strays. Who knows? This could even be more effective at training players than something like PFC...
