If you are fighting for the Ama/Cal you need to be a little more social than the other modes/factions of play, if you play half way decent you attract half way decent mercs as well.. Get a squad of decent mercs and its not so bad for ranking up standing (not for turning around the map).
I mention this because only after 5 days of really playing fw I am almost level 5 again (dam you orbital, shakes fist at sky), meaning I'll hit level 10 in probably a month or two of checkered playing, dark souls might hinder that though. I will admit FW takes full concentration and lots of communication to carry the team, but my W/L ratio for caldari is still positive (solo play has hurt it), which is low standards for a Min/Gal, but its manageable.

The irony is that the Caldari the second most decentralized faction, no one would call Colonial America a fascist nation (no sensible person), and its what the Caldari are structurally closet too in government structure (caldari culture is a mix between 20th century Japan and 19th century US)
Here is a dumb down version of Fascism, - a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition. It actually draws its name upon a censored word meaning a bundle of sticks, something one smoke, or a way to describe a particular sexual orientation. The saying was something like while you can break one stick, you can't break a bundle of sticks, national socialism, which when germanized got you another censored word for a 20th century German party, which is a subcategory of fascism.
We all know that the caldari have no central head since Heth, we both know the Caldari has very little no centralized regulations, and opposing factions exist without forcible suppression.
