Seriously, I'm thinking of starting up a DUST channel, if I can figure out how to record with something other than a #crappyphone. What do you guys do, and is there some kind of video/written tutorial you can link me to? :)

Using a DVD-R works too, plug in your PS3 like when you used to record NES games and enjoy, the cost is about 20% the cost of a capture card.

It looks like you get a card for your computer that captures video. Then you get an HDMI splitter so you can send the PS3 output to your TV and your Capture Card at the same time. You then use the Computer to record the input, and to do editing later.

Of course this is all just from a quick Google search. I have never done it myself.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else, there is the Learning Coalition.
