I run DUST at a fine framerate. Barely any lag. The only serious framerate drop I experienced was in a PC match, where the objective was to intentionally lag out the match, to test the causes of PC lag. True story. Sadly, even with my amazing FPS, I'm stuck with terrible graphics.
Devs actually have a higher graphics quality (Not just an HD TV, but the textures are toned down to increase performance, while in a Dev's computer, it has a higher resolution, as to work on tiny details) when working on the game. I'm not saying I want picture-perfect graphics quality, but I at least want something better than High. So maybe you can add a setting that is higher than high? :D
-Also, currently the default graphics quality is High. I'd set the default to Medium if I were you.
