It doesn't make sense to me that all the suits have dynamic stats when it comes to speed, stamina health and recharge but when it comes to stats regarding Scanning and Melee it goes flat.
Currently in the game All scout suits have the same melee damage All Medium suits have the same melee All Medium suits have the same profile, scan range and precision and so do all scout suits.
The game should be more along these lines Gallente might have the highest scan range and good precision (Gallente would probably have best stats overall being a race that specializes in sensory) with Good Melee Damage Caldari might have the lowest Profile and good range (Caldari are excellent at eWarfare) Lowest Melee Damage Amarr might have long scan range with good precision but very high profile. Average Melee damage Minmatar might have a mix of decent precision and low profile with ok range. Excellent Melee damage
And then of course those numbers become even more dynamic depending on the suit within that race, Scout, Assault, Logistics, Basic.
Just saying, some diversity would go a long way in this game.

I thought assaults have precision 55, while logis have precision 50. It was part of the reason I bought Imperial Logistics.

If a scout runs out of all ammunition behind enemy lines, they did something right.

The basic light frame and basic scout had different scan range stats for a second but idk about now. The real slap in the face is that it didn't change depending on the race, only the suit. |

First off they need to fix precision. As of now there is absolutely no reason for me (scout) to specc into it. -The Modules cost more than the Dampeners -The modules are less effective than the dampeners -Anything below 45 db is probably chilling around 30 db, which would require a lot of work. -Anything below 45 db probably can't scan me either It's just an unattractive skill for me. I am not going to get any use out of it except for the rare level 3 scout, and even then I am usually a bigger threat to them than me.
Precision has no place for me except if medium frames start picking up profile dampeners. Only came across like 3 of them this month and quite frankly it was just different. I fight with a 36 meter passive or a 50m+. I use it to my advantage so often that most medium frame users can't get it through their head. I was in a squad talking about it and they said "how does that help?". If only they knew.
Medium frames actually have an alright reason to skill into profile and precision. Scan range is out of their reach though, but with your suggested changes it could come to their advantage.

Yes, the dampening and precision are actually good skills to skill into. I put level 5 into all sensory skills but the greatness that the Dampening and precision skill brings is easily negated by the extremely poor range.
