While you are at it, provide a link to the random selection generator you are using and take video of the selection process to link in an unlisted video. If your serious about running a credible lotto these are things you need to be mindful of in developing trust in your operation.

The thing i would be concerned with more then them getting payed is 2/3 of them being in the same corp as the OP

if I wanted to steal your isk, why? This isn't EVE where people scam to get isk to use it building better ships, in dust right now I lose isk and gain more per match. Whats a big end goal that I need isk for that I will get by scamming the dust community? Dust doesn't have one yet, this event is exactly what I said it is. A lottery. I don't need isk

Agreed. It would still be a good habit to at least start providing screenshots. This visual evidence, whatever it's worth these days with photoshop can still help generate goodwill toward what you are trying to accomplish here.

good point, not to me however because I rarely use proto or vehicles and our corp has plently of isk for PC, i don't need it, not everyone else
