Trouble with lotteries is that even with a trusted host, you're likely to be throwing your money away. If it were any other potential scam, I'd get in early to be one of those who benefits from the credibility-building part of the exercise... but there's fairly little to be gained here. Even with the minor risk that is 250k ISK, the previous lottery gave you a chance of doubling your money at best, losing it at worst.
