Lots o guys saying that demolition speced explosives (RE/PM) are fine because you just need to lay down full sets of two different PMs or REs and you can kill a tank with little effort, I however have one problem with this: Dispite what many may think or want not everyone is in a logi suit.
Having the explosives balanced around 'that one suit can do it fine' is not ok in the slightest, and surely not a reason for withholding improvement.
That's just my opinion though.

That's just my opinion though. You know what would work better? AV that didn't tickle.
