20 M? Seriously? You're giving up a lot of fresh talents. PC active top corporations have people with much less than 20 M or so said good KDR.
I'm absolutely shocked at those requirements. The only understandable one is to be a bit gay.

Besides, if you're paying good isk for a squad to help you out, wouldn't you want some sort of set standard? I mean, we all have our bad games but its not like a player with said recuirements are bad in general...
Mmmh, so a group of very solid PC ringers? Ok, that makes sense.
And I perfectly agree about the "you have to know the people", but stats are not a guarantee, in these terms.
Anyway, I'm sure you know that there are awesome players with great gun game and less than 20 M. Would you really reject their applications?
