Ghosts Chance wrote: tankers QQd about AV being invisable :P theres a difference
Nope.
Of all of the tanker QQ threads, the rendering issue was brought up the least.
And we weren't completely invisible. My tanking adventures have taught me that.
Any more BS you want to get off your chest?

You ask too much of me, man! All while HAVs require no planning beyond rotating the joysticks and holding R1.
Your asking far to little.

CharCharOdell wrote:RE's and Proxy's are the new super OP AV weapon. I'm noticing people using forges and swarms to drive tanks into these death traps. They're impossible to spot if you're on the run and they OHK every tank BC you can't see them coming and pop a hardener. Maybe people need to rethink AV BC THOSE THINGS OHK EVERYTHING!!!!
It ain't as easy as a 2000 DMG 400m lock on weapon that rounds corners and does 180-¦ turns, but it does OHK tanks. You can break the Sound Barrier to escape all forms of conventional AV, as well as being able to cycle 2-3 hardners to negate all forms of conventional AV.
Proximity Explosives have a very large beeping sound indicating that your about to hit one. You can't activate the trap if you aren't idiotic enough to continue moving after hearing the beeping sounds.
However, if the trap was activated by hand, then the man who killed you deserves a cookie, for he has clearly won DUST. Which is a feat that one does not simply do.
If your movements were predictable enough to fall for a trap in a static position, you need to get better.

CharCharOdell wrote: Careful Atiim. You went 2/9 in a pub. I got pics. Why don't YOU get good.
Also, being "predictable" in a tank is hard to avoid. There are only so many routes to take. Dust Fiend seems pretty good at killing good tankers like Jason and myself, so you should probably ask him how he does is instead of whining like a 12-year old, asking for a nerf to something you're not smart enough to counter when people are already doing it. You didn't even TRY to kill a tank when you were against my team so you have no reason to say we're OP when you obviously don't have any skills in AV. If you did, you would've brought it out. If you don't, then you didn't care enough about getting roflstomped by our tanks to do anything about it.
*Claps Slowly*
Chasing around tanks with a Plasma Cannon for an entire match got me a score of 2/9. Are you surprised? Do you want a cookie?
Not even close. I spent literally the entire match trying to position myself (and REs) to get the jump on a tank. Why the hell do you think I'd be carrying a Plasma Cannon?
I almost killed a total of 3 tanks that match. You know what happened to them? They broke the sound barrier.
Keep making baseless assumptions though. I might even bake you a cookie.
ALSO: When you get a beeping sound even louder that the sound of a Large Blaster Turret that warns you about Proxies nearby, it is very easy to be unpredictable. Which brings me back to my original point.
