While you say it is easy to learn, I bet there are a hundred things you do without even thinking about it that make you successful which you take for granted, but a new player might not think of.
I see it all the time. In gaming. In rock climbing. In sports. People with a natural talent for something achieve success easily, but have no idea of what they are doing to achieve that success. It is why top end athletes video tape themselves, because they are not aware of what they are doing when they are doing it, so studying a video is the best way for them to understand what they are doing.
However there are some people who have the ability to break things down into their component parts to figure out how things work and how they would work best. While you will find some of these people in the top ranks, it is more common for these to be the people for whom it does not come easy or naturally. These are often the people who have to identify the most efficient ways of doing things and practice that to get a little bit better. The people who are constantly looking for any little thing that they can improve to try to catch up to the naturals. These are the people who become coaches and instructors.
I have not played Loti-Bro yet, but off the top of my head I can think of quite a few things that could be best taught in the field:
- When to rep and when to shoot. - How to communicate with your Heavy. - When to stick them and when it is not safe and you should let them bleed out. - How to pull off a successful battle res under sniper fire. - Where to place Uplinks. - Where to place Nano Hives.
And that is just a short list from someone who has never done it. There is probably enough there for at least a 3 hour session.
I canGÇÖt say whether Trey Hardin is a good enough instructor to be worth 1 million ISK per session, as I donGÇÖt know him, but I expect there are people out there switching to the Logi-Bro role who would happily pay 1 million ISK for a session with a good Logi-Bro instructor.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else, there is the Learning Coalition.
