3" Living with decisions" it's a bit of a theme in New Eden

I'm not down with changing names, agree with you on that but how is changing the look of a dropsuit a "pain in the ass"? Living with decision...totally got that, however, you can buy any clone you want (male/female), move to any factions territory you want, wear whatever dropsuit you want if you got the ISK (or AUR). Every micro-transaction based game or subscription based game I've got experience with offers vanity or non-game play impacting items like this for a price. It's a pretty standard product...why not for CCP? Wasn't talking about Dropsuits if there are issues with dropsuits if not CCP needs to go through coding 101, I referred to names...
agree that gender, location, and Dropsuit should be editable

As for the name change, well I am sure there has to be a way for CCP to keep track of a particular clone's name and employment history together. So Flaylocks, closed beta TAC ARs, Contact nades were all fair...

So Flaylocks, closed beta TAC ARs, Contact nades were all fair... It is irrelevant to think that everything can be perfectly balanced in New Eden when our mere existence is represent imperfection. I meant that assuming changes will always occur, there is no point for a player to have a fixation over their character's characteristics and even if it adds some sort of "depth" it is better to have ability to redefine your character so long the history of it remains attached. The "Name Change" can be perceived as for going to a interstellar court and making a case for it. The "Gender Change" can be a transgender operation, which I doubt is needed since our mind can be transferred to any fresh clone of any type at the moment of death. So the "Linage Change" is similar to going to a Gallente court and renouncing your citizenship in favor one from the Caldari State. I'll buy the second two, I agree logically with the first but there are complications IRL that if transferred in game would cause havoc which is why no name changes...
