So, how many bugs did you find in Battlefield? I heard it was so bad that EA's shares dropped in the market.
OK, CCP. When are knives finally going to be improved?

It has a few, nothing comapred to build 7 of uprising but a few.Doesnt matter though its fun, thats why I game. Bf4 has surprised me with how tactical it seems to play, its not run n gun like cod because of all the elements at place. If you love ds or tanks in dust you will love, helis, jets, tanks, apc, gunships in bf4, I do anyway.
The biggest stumbling block I often see with big-name shooters is the fact that each and every one of them has a new release that doesn't carry over what you did in the previous release. Dust may have a myriad of problems right now but it does have something these other shooters don't have. The ability to make your progress stay meaningful so to speak.
Imagine reaching the highest level in Halo 3 only to have to start all over again in Halo 4. Once you have earned Mastery and reach SR130, then what? Halo 5 comes out on Xbox One and then all that goes down the drain because now you start over. The same for Call of Duty where you reached the highest prestige in Black Ops, but then Ghosts comes out and now you have to start over and unlock everything you had before for the upteenth time.
Everything you did in the previous release no longer matters and that is what really drives me away from these big-name games. Yes, Dust is incomplete and it has a long ass way to go. But at least my progress transfers over to the next expansion and I don't have unlock everything for the upteenth time like in CoD for as long the Tranquility server is running. That's what I like to call "game data persistence".
You have no idea how sick and tired I am with games that have me unlock the same thing over and over again with each new release even though I have been a supporter of those games for a long time.
It's funny that a friend of mine showed me this one game called Patapon and she finally finished it. As soon as she got Patapon 2, I was like "look's like she's starting over". Then she found out that you can transfer your progress from the first version to the second version. She was all psyched out and she had tons of fun playing the game. Unfortunately when Patapon 3 came out it didn't have that feature due to the new format of the game which rendered the old game data incompatible. Oh well.
NOTE: Patapon is not a shooter or MMO. It's just a portable game for the PSP.

I don't care about the fun part. If I wanted fun, there is always Dragonball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi which I got for Christmas (pretty addicting too). When it comes to shooters, I wish to see my progress port over to the next new release.
