Leave making that sort of thing to the Caldari the Minmatar don't have the technological development to make that without it being a poorly crafted ball of Duct tape.

They are good but there definitely are ways to improve them and make them more unique in the field

How difficult don't ask me that my people were the first to make it into space, and have been using laser rifles for centuries..... ask that guy rummaging around in a trash bin.
