It isn't teamwork nor squad based gameplay. It isn't tactics and definitely isn't outsmarting your foe.
It's uplink spam...pure, unadulterated, uplink spam.
Just spam em everywhere near objectives and you're golden. Just go ahead and ride the uplink spam wave to Paradise, because you've set cruise control to cool. With uplink spam, your foes have no way of effectively pushing you out of your entrenched area. They'll be forced to wait for an OB which MAY work, but by then, you'll be sipping daiquiris with your 47 virgins.
Uplink spam guarantees the win in two ways!
A) entrenches you and your team in one area "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" Gandalf style
B) Causes so much network strain that your foes utterly disconnect from the match faster than big businesses disconnected from the Internet new years eve 1999!

give uplinks and other dropped equipment (except RE) have a proximity that other equipment can't be put down. Call it electrical interference with one another.

Not true. I found all of the uplinks the enemy team placed and I destroyed it while I was uplink camping. We won the match.
