Anyways, I would have a slower firing, bu longer burst combat rifle. On the sight rail would be a blue dot (blue helps my eyes, and if the map wasn't good for blue, I'd change colors), and a 2x magifiner that works like a IR sight. The barrel would be legenthened and a suppressor would be added. I would place a blue (same as the RDS) laser sight and a (if avliable) gripod. I'm good in total darkness, and from my expirences going 514, it gets really dark without those lights around. With a clok on my Scout suit, I would be able to sneak around, ambush people with no limits to my safety. It would be glorious

Plus the Splash Damage is only 19HP per missile, so I doubt that even the Wirykomi Swarm Launcher would be much effective at Anti-Infantry, as it only does 114HP of Splash Damage per volley.
It's always been low splash damage. Trust me, it was taken for a reason. I know it sounds like a good idea, but it isn't.

1: Notice that all of us is talking about weapons
2: That wouldn't make sense to do so lore wise
3: That would be ilegal foe CCP to do so, and if they pay for it, it'll be very expensive.
