There is a reason why we can't have privately-hosted servers for Dust. The live tranquility server is that reason. But at the very least, you have control over which battle server you can connect to. But you won't be able to host it. Only the battle servers (controlled by CCP) will host it for you I think. You can select them in the system menu under settings and they will be listed as regions like America, Oceania, EU, etc. OK, CCP. When are knives finally going to be improved?
