Basis for the request/fix is the AR and its Breach Variant.
The AR has a higher fire rate and larger magazine capacity in return for less bullet damage and lacks a scope The SL-4 has a higher fire rate and the same magazine capacity in return for less bullet damage and lacks a scope |

When the nerf that everyone says is coming is handed down, will you still be willing to make an otherwise borderline trollish comment then about this discrepancy and no this thing does not mow anything down faster than if i was using a gek or duvolle, it's just short 18 rounds. |

Just no, go home you are severely intoxicated. Your gun definately does not need a clip size increase, in fact your gun is anything short of needing any buffs whatsoever and is extremely reaching into nerf territory. The Rail rifle and the Assault variant can both go toe to toe with any weapon in CQC, they boast the longest range in the game and maintain their damage profile throughout the entirety of that range.
Scrambler Rifle says...nope
Combat Rifle says... lol, nope
Quote:Not only that but every assault variant of a gun always trades range and damage for faster ROF(1), the assault Rail rifle only trades damage as the range profile is the same as the normal variant which adds to it being in nerf territory(2). Also using the Assault rifle and the Breach Assault rifle as comparison to the Rail rifle and the Assault Rail rifle is extremely erroneous as both of those weapons are completely broken when compared to the Rail rifle.(3)
1 - Not true they trade damage and accuracy for effective fire rate AND magazine capacity + reserve (except the RR and the AR that doesn't get additional reserve ammo)
Breach AR 55.35hp 400.00rpm 57.44acc 36mag 300res STD AR 35.70hp 750.00rpm 56.14acc 60mag 300reserve
STD SCR 75.60hp 705.88rpm(semi auto) 57.73acc 45mag 225res Assault SCR 37.80hp 705.88rpm(full auto) 57.73acc 72mag 325res
STD CR 33.60hp 1200.00rpm(burst fire) 59.02acc 54mag 324res Assault CR 22.00hp 1200.00rpm(full auto) 59.86acc 68mag 408res <- gets an acc boost ._.
STD RR 57.75hp 461.54rpm 58.28acc 42mag 252res Assault RR 45.04hp 600.00rpmn 58.35acc 42mag 252res
2 - Spoken truly like someone who has never used the weapon or only used it before CCP fixed it's damage type, it's accuracy and range are severely impacted due to the increased recoil and having iron sights instead of a scope, the Assault is nowhere near the same level as the STD RR in terms of range and accuracy.
3 - Are you sure you aren't the one that's intoxicated because that is complete nonsense. At least get the facts before you hop on the bandwagon. |
