I don't get it from STD to ADV you gain 1 high slot, and from ADV to proto you lose the progress you made getting that high slot and get 2 more lows... shouldn't it be 2 highs and 4 lows?

1 Sidearm weapon slot
ADV
2 Highs

the ADV has a better slot layout than the PRO imo

The ADV is definitely an anomaly, it should either be 3 lows 1 high or Proto should be changed to 3 lows 2 highs. But that could make it too similar to the minja or future scout variants. |

You people keep asking, I don't know why you have to ask when you have the answer in the several dozen times the question has been asked.
It is a hold-over from chromosome's ADV scout. back when slot layout progression went 1/2, 2/2, 3/3. Either CCP was lazy or losing that 6th slot was a mistake.
