They offer a free product. They don't owe you jack, any money you spent is your problem not theirs.

You feel they owe you a reason to play it. Don't like it don't play it and move the **** along. Quit your bitching and go find something you enjoy. How hard is that to understand? They took the risk to make the game F2P, you can play it with out paying a dime. If no one pays they write it off as a loss and move on just like you should.

You may or may not be spending cash, but someone is and that is absolutely required. No profit, no business, no game.
Even if you aren't spending cash you are spending your time in match. CCP needs a certain level of activity to make the experience something that a few are willing to pay for. So in effect you "work" for them by providing someone for the paying customer to shoot at. The place would be a ghost town if matches were limited to those who spent cash.
Nothing is free, not even something like DUST. You pay in cash or you pay in time.
And if you don't enjoy it you are free to move along and spend your time elsewhere. They still don't owe anybody anything.

For me the new dinamics, brought by the one 1.7 drop were enough to bring me back from my three month slumber. I'll be around for a while. Hopefully, this time CCP will have more content out before I get board again. *Coughs* Gal heavy/weapon crusader suit RTS mode MTAC/jets *coughs coughs*
I do the same thing, I pretty much stopped playing from 1.4 until 1.7. I am also a long term EVE player so I've seen how CCP works over the long haul, improvements will come in time. They also like their data, so I suspect the tank spam was somewhat intentional so they have plenty of data to look at when addressing changes to AV.
