It sucks that my Kaalakiota with three complex damage mods can one-hit kill new players, but it's the only way I can hope of bringing down the heavies and logitanks.
2. Don't think I've ever been scanned as a sniper; if someone can get that close without me seeing them, I deserve to be killed. I have been killed by scouts, though, and others that snuck up on me while I was too focused on the scope and not the mini-map.
3. Honestly don't think I've ever sent out a GG message (or received one) when playing as a sniper. I will, however, send a post-game message to a fellow sniper if he/she was sitting in the middle of a nanohive as they snipe, oblivious to the fact that you're painting a great big bullseye on your clone.
4. PS4, after the first price drop.
5. Be erratic. Don't just run in a straight line. If you can, find cover; if not, accept your death but make a mental note of where the shot was coming from. Respawn in a sniper build and take them out or---if you're feeling adventurous--throw on a scout suit and hunt them down. Snipers HATE being shotgunned in the back of the head from point-blank range.
1.Agree
2.Agree and If i am scanned and i notice it, i move, if i'm in my scope, i dont notice it.
3. I've sent them and received them.
4.Agree, probably used or online after price drops
5. In addition, remember that snipers lead this means we set our reticle where your going to be sometimes. So strafing back and forth in the same pattern after the first hit is not advisable. We also trail which means we watch you get chased by the reticle monster until he catches you and you die, So your first reaction to sniping shouldn't always be jumping, as a matter of fact jumping is one of the worst things you can do its slow and predictable. I will set my reticle to where your going to land and wait for you to fall into my bullet. finding cover and being completely unpredictable is your best option. Move left right forward backwards (try to run forward in any direction moving backwards slows you down).

2) I personally notice that I scan snipers and scan them and scan them and scan them and they never move. Do some of you just ignore it because you think a grunt will ignore trying to find you? I have to ask this b/c I had a match today that was probably the funnest match ever. I just kept finding snipers before they perched but it was as though they didn't think the scan applied to them or something.
3) I've read some posts that has given me a new respect for a good sniper. In addition, I receive two messages today telling me I did a good job. This was from the opposing team while he/she was trying to snipe me away from a NULL, mostly unsuccessful. Do you ever feel compelled to compliment someone? Do you find more respect for grunts when you see them do well equal to my new respect for snipers when I see one do well?
4) PS4 or XBONE?
5) If someone is in plain sight, what is the best thing we grunts can do to get the heck away from that final kill shot?
That is all. Most snipers in this game are horrible, they are just lazy players looking to pad their KDR and look for a low risk playstyle, they no nothing of cover and concealment, they stay in the same spot the whole game, usually in the redline next to hives and spawn beacons that give away there position, or silhoueted on a hill, after they are killed they go right back to that same spot to get killed again, instead of using scout suits for mobility and low scan profile they opt for tankier suits with high profile and high hp, these are the redline snipers, they are horrible players and I have no respect for them, on the other hand I have great respect for the mobil sniper that is out on the battlefield staying hidden and helping his team.
I never understand the concept that a sniper on the move down on the ground is more useful than the sniper in the hill overseeing the entire battlefield. If you are running next to your squad mates with a sniper rifle.... you sir, are and idiot.
