You get what you pay for. And with Dust 514 the lack of software QA is out of control. Either it's fun place to work where no one gives a toss, or behind the scenes it's very horrible to work with lots of stress. Either way, this is not a product born of competence or care of it's customers. When you put out a product with no QA, super late on deadlines, lack of completion, etc... You can be sure something behind the scenes is way off, and since it's been over ayear of this nonsensical development, it's obviously sadly ingrained into their corporate culture.
Planetside just has to hire talented developers and it will easily outshine dust. That is a shame, but only the most deluded will stick with this game when there is something better. CCP is slippin faster and faster.
oh well, they don't care so why should we? But, I stopped recommending this game right about when 1.1 dropped. And I won't be giving them any more cash. Anyone who supported their beta, which was a glorified kickstarter anyways, got burned. |

wtf. Not trying to say you weren't all ove this, but sometimes it helps to talk out the things you can control in getting you back in.
You-
- rebooted the PS3.. check
- deleted the client and any other dust files in any other game folders (can't recall their exact names but the game data folder or what have you
- rebooted your ISP modem
- rebooted your router (if applies)
- tried a wired vs wireless internet connection (if applies)
You can run a trace route to tranquility's IP. if all else fails and see if you are having network issues
