I would have linked a section of his video where he swaps to his CK.0 so that you could see the modules listed in the fiiting but I was too lazy even my ADV suit uses complex shield extenders I think I run 2 complex and 1 Enhanced.

If you get shot. You're pretty much dead. Either that, or mortally wounded. BUT, that's talking in modern terms. If you're shot by a gun that fires plasma? You're die instantly. Also, you couldn't hit him if you tried.

Anyways, after a quick google search.... We're not paying KTB at all. He's lying. >:)
Basically, once your videos get popular enough (Probably not the case with KTB, as he only has 157 subs. I know more popular people that still aren't paid at all), you can sign up for a partnership with Youtube, which basically says "If you put ads on your video, we'll pay you X amount of money per X amount of views. In most cases, this is something like $5/1000 ad views.
Here's the thing: I've never seen an ad on a KingThunderbolt video. I saw, I think, one. On the Militia Uptown video, but that's ALL I've seen. If the ads are either nonexistent OR that infrequent... He's not making a lot of money. He's not making a lot of money anyways.
Minimum rate with a Machinima Partnership is $5 per month. Reason I say minimum is because it CAN go higher, depending on amount of subs and ad views. Now, a couple things.
1) it's likely he's partnered with Youtube, and not Machinima, and Youtube policies are much different.
2) He's not popular enough to get more than $5 per month. Statistically speaking, he's not insanely popular. Unless the video is something like 6 months old, I've not seen a video get more than 50 views (Although I don't watch all his videos. Just listening to what he says *literally* makes me sick to my stomach).
So really. If he ever says "I'm getting paid, so f*ck you", send him this link.

Squadded with Thunder a few times on my alts, almost always finished above him in MLT gear and tanks. Not that I'm so amazing, but he's mediocre. Also, LRs are currently all the same. The heat is almost always irrelevant. If you're hitting the heat cap for some reason you are better off using an Amarr Assault; level 3 in Amarr Assault has more of an effect on LR heat than going from STD to PRO and is a free bonus with the suit. The heat is not worth paying the additional price in most scenarios and the tiers need a bigger difference. Most guns get damage + range, laser gets heat. Also, if you have proficiency 5 and use 2-3 complex mods, the damage is high enough that the heat cap is reached less often since you need less rounds to kill. Seen Yeeuupppp before a lot and was not disappointed in performance, either, or name. Never seen Doro.
As for whether or not 12/7 is a bad game in MLT gear, yes, it is bad/mediocre for better players. It's a 1.71 K/D. In STD gear my alt usually gets a 2.0-3.0 and I'm only OK. In a good squad 5.0s are rolling in as a STD Minmatar logibro. 12/7 isn't a "bad" game for many players but it is for a good player playing a pubs match with a variety of enemies.
He says he respects sacrificial deaths and playing for the win right after ragging on your K/D when you were placing spawns? They're technically paying him. Probably fifty bucks a year. What's he get for one video with a few hundred views? A nickel?
Also, love how he spent half the match camping one CRU and dieing to a MLT Heavy. Good stuff, since that takes so much skill. Also love his video saying that the LR is good still. Someone that is skilled with it can do well with it but it's still outclassed by the Rail Rifle 90% of the time. Also love him talking about CQC kills. I've gotten tons of CQC kills back in 1.6 but the DPS is so absolutely horrible at "close" range that a SMG would kill faster. Why gimp yourself with the 100 DPS in CQC marshmallow stick when you can use a real gun?
