Between the lagging , non-matchmaking system , gameplay , unbalanced equipment , weapons , vehicles and gear this game has stopped being entertaining for me for a month now and I just don't know how much longer that I can take it . 1.7 was suppose to bring new and exciting vehicles and weapons into the mix but all it has added was more of the same , broken inventions that need to be reduced to the drawing board before the can be worked on again and again in an attempt to finally get things right , instead of getting it right from the beginning of the concept ... to the drawing board .... to the production .... and finally the finished product . It just seems like people in this community has started to make excuses for CCP so that they can wait even longer for a finished game and some of you have been here for years and I can understand that this is their first attempt ( some of you keep stressing that ) but there must be some type of accountability for failures and setbacks that prolong the development of this game and it's not coming from YOU . Don't get me wrong , this is a beautiful and creative system that is set up and the foundation could be solid because of it's content but when you have a system that doesn't care about those who are new and how they survive or learn even , coupled with the internal problems with the content and it's development . Set back after set back and time passing waiting and waiting , only to be disappointed ( except those who are loyal and believe that CCP can do no wrong and they will make good on their promise and it's always the same people , most who have been around from the beginning ) time and time again and telling the community to only wait longer and the day will come but while the community waits , they report issues that it seems to take months to even be addressed and that just takes a day ( if it's done correctly ) and even then it's not fully addressed , just bits and pieces , it's like dragging a bone with a little bit of meat through a yard full of dogs , they hunger for that meat and when they finally get it , there will be a fight and it wont even last long enough to remember . Everyday disputes about content . People wanting this game to be better than it is now ( mostly from the newbee's but also from some vets ) and the other crowd that stands by CCP side while they wait for that day that will fulfill their expectations . I can understand that most of you don't care about those who are new ( I was the same ) but there must be a system in place where people can just play . They don't have to join a corporation , they can just play against like skilled adversaries and enjoy themselves . Wonder why the academy is so much fun ??? Might be because people can just experiment and play , while they don't have someone in their ears telling them what to do because they might be smart and intelligent enough to figure it out alone but that can't be done when one is outnumbered and outclassed by those who have fun and live for making their experience as painful as possible . I just wonder why there isn't a mode for those who have more skill points , as to where they can play one another in their corporations and squads and have it out instead of against those who are less inferior than them but we all know that they wouldn't like that and they feel like that's what planetary conquest is all about . Mechanics of this game , materials of this game , suits in this game , gear in this game , weapons of this game , content of the game and the vehicles all broken . This community is as well and it needs help but it just seems that they are pleased with the way things are and how they are going . It will be the same ones until the end , it seems like they are the most vocal when anyone talks about change , they seem to be totally against it . They might be the only ones playing in the end because everyone else would have left , so that might finally give them as well as CCP the game that was in their plans all along . It has so much promise and potential but that's not being reinforced by those who are at the controls . It seems like they are happy with this system just being that ... i.e. promise and potential . It's hard to give time and effort to something that seems like it's not pleased to have that ( what I mean by that is , you can have all the giveaways that you would like but that's just gimmicks to keep ones attention and that's a cheap move on their part , when the substance of the game is what should keep ones attention and interest .) because of the somewhat scatterbrain activities of the game from time to time and these are issues where , once they are spotted they should be addressed . Most of the time it just seems like a wait and see attitude instead of a , " oh someone spotted something else , let's get on the ball and clean that up ." We can get new items to spend money on but the problems that exist in the content of the game seems to take some time to be acknowledged and even more time to be addressed . This is their first shot at this and yes it is hard but when you create something , that's all YOURS , the attention to detail should mean something and should carry some sort of priority .
