No, a skilled player is OP
EDIT: i use MLT fits and i get 20 and 8 something like that, i see blueberries who can't do nothing near what i do, i figured my mistake and that a skilled player like me is "skilled"
Assassination is my thing.

20-8 is terrible. Even for Mlt gear.
I go 30-0 in my proto scout suit. Only reason I run proto is so I can fit a proto nano to kill more people

Agreed! I've gone back to using a Std suit fitted with militia modules and a basic weapon. My K/D has actually improved from when I was using Adv suit with mix of Complex and Advanced modules with Adv or pro to weapons. If I do need to drag out a Adv or Proto suit for the team in a match I can, but this is quite rare now.
Using this cheap fit must have changed my play style somehow that I am not aware of, because I haven't consciously changed the way I play.
Added bonus that if I do go negative in match I still usually make isk rather than loosing it. The game has definitely become more fun to play this way.
