What the hell is wrong with you? You do realise this just makes you look like a petulant man-child right?
The BPOs were not stolen, there is literally no other way to look at it - any claims to the contrary are either lies or just stupid. Plus y'know, the EULA, also known as the legally binding contract you signed - I suggest you read it next time.
Angry rant over, hardly a literary masterpiece as it's around 3am for me right now - In conclusion, regardless of whether the claims in the OP are even true, go f**k yourself OP - you miserable, overly entitled, petty bastard. |

EDIT: How much AUR did you even pay for the BPOs in the first place? Cause if you got them back in the beta days when they were 30 - 40 AUR each - you're the only thief here, plain and simple.
EDIT2: Toned down a bit 'cause forum bans are annoying. If LG came into my house, took my TV, and then gave me store credit for an LG store that no longer sells TVs, I'd call that theft. Yep, shame that scenario has nothing to do with what actually happened.
Going with your analogy - the LG store still sells TVs, just different models. In many cases LG gave people more store credit than they spent to begin with, and while TVs cost more, other things like phones don't. Finally, it's not like LG took a functional TV from you, they replaced took an out of date model that didn't work anymore.
All in all, that sounds like pretty good service - not theft. |

here's something else. Free lavs. We used to get them for free. Everyone was used to having one. They then took them away and charged $100 for them. We all ate it up. No one cared. This practice is known as a taste in the drug community its how kids get hooked. That's the nature of online games, things change - the free LAV thing was changed to help stop the murder taxi thing, and it's not like they're expensive. Also, that $100 thing BS - there are no discrete LAV BPOs, and the ones that cane with the old Veteran and Elite packs included rather a lot of other things, including many other BPOs. |

Most of us are just used to getting screwed by ccp. If Sony steps in and takes care of their clients more power to them. It seems to me the eulas were changed also. I remember having to re agree to access my account and things I had previously purchased. Thing is, you didn't pay real money, you used in game money so that's what you got back.
Yes you bought that in game money with the real stuff - but you could have used the AUR to buy anything, and you can us the refunded AUR to buy anything still actually in the game. |
