I had a feeling that they'd use the Quafe suits as part of the event. Not like they are rare or anything, or that we had to slaughter with prototype weapons in order to get a few. That'd be silly.

They run a database query after the event to determine all the characters that match the conditions, then add the reward to their inventory. It's easier and less resource intensive than modifying the client or server to give the reward out in real time. |

I'd say no, uplinks work by using wormholes, they don' actually construct anything. Nanohives actually construct, so I agree with IWS.

I was going to say rep tool or self rep because they materialize armor onto your dropsuit, but uplinks also make sense.

This is incorrect. They'll keep track of which days you had a win, and then dole it all out in one large bunch on January 7.

I have 125(137 after the event) of them they aren't particularly rare...
also, not like you had to play in a closed beta event to get them or anything...

yea I think that one gave more away than intended.
today's is a little more cryptic though. "fresh off the production line" I have to assume it is one of the new rifles. which though is still a mystery, perhaps both.
perhaps production line is a nod to the caldari Objectiveist business model, but I think that is reading too far into it.

Here I thought that the fresh of production lines hint was going to be Black Eagles dropsuit, but Pyrus AR really surprised. Tomorrows hint is about leaving a mark so my guess is Vapor Core Locus Grenade or Mass Driver.
