I've noticed a bug which shows me the downed soldiers who are calling for a medic, but I am NOT a medic!
The point is I use the same armor (Caldari C/1 Logistic) which features the injector and other healing stuff.
Now, since I usually curse the medic who doesn't revive me, I'm starting to think that sometimes they cannot revive me at all.
If you're an hacker, a cheater o a glitcher, you deserve death. In real life.

In the first loadout, as gear, I have injectors, armor repair and scanner;
In the second one, as gear, I carry only uplinks
In the third one, as gear, I have armor repair, nanohives and and uplinks.

It happened today again, I was using the uplinks suit and people were calling me believing I was a medic while I was not.
It's getting worse each time, soon people will start to believe I refuse to revive people (for how stupid it can be).

I think the answer is "YES" but honestly I don't remember how things went during that match.
I'm not sure how this can be of any help, but the loadout with injectors is my Favourite.

You rather pointed out another bug: people calling for help when they have ALREADY disappeared.
I have seen this bug quite often, and even when I have the injectors I can't do anything because there is none to be revived even if the symbol is still displayed and sometimes the players keeps calling me.
Sometimes killed players fall underground, but IIRC I've seen them "vanishing" - not the combustion sequence where you see the dead clone burning.
Anyway, I'm glad it's not only me!

While I think it should be enough for CCP to look out for this bug, I'd suggest you to consider recording an "unpossible revive" were the soldier is actually downed but he's still there.
It's up to you, but thanks for asking, really appreciated.
